We look for pubs with exceptional locations and unrealised potential. We bring experienced hospitality leadership, locally sourced menus, and modern operational systems to transform them into places people talk about, return to, and recommend.

We source from the farms, producers, and suppliers closest to each venue. It’s better for quality, better for the community, and better for the story we tell.

The Team

Ben Silvester

Founder & Managing Director

Ben is an experienced hospitality professional whose career spans some of the UK’s most significant pub and restaurant transformations. He established the kitchen operations and menu strategy for the Loch Fyne restaurant group, building the systems that enabled consistent quality across multiple sites.

Most recently, Ben led the strategic transition of Greene King pubs into restaurant-led venues — a large-scale operational transformation that required exactly the blend of culinary vision and commercial rigour he now brings to Bramley Pub Co.

Ben founded Bramley Pub Co to do what he does best, but on his own terms: take great locations and build great dining experiences around them.
